What appears at the top of every invoice
Only used in the app, never on an invoice.
Turn parts of the app on or off
Turn on only what this business uses. Switching one off hides its fields; it never changes invoices already issued.
Tidy up+ writes a fresh, professional title and description from a few rough words, and with Describe the job writes all the lines for a job from your price list. Powered by Claude from Anthropic. The built-in Tidy up only fixes and reuses your own words.
What is sent, to Anthropic (the makers of Claude), and only when you press the button: for Tidy up, only that item's own words; for Describe the job, what you write about the job and your price list; with both, your category names and house-style notes. Nothing else from the invoice, and nothing changes until you choose to use what it suggests.
How your invoice numbers are built
Where clients send the money
Locked in the demo, so nobody types in real bank details.
What the app sends for you. Nothing goes to a client unless it is switched on here, or you press Send.
Sent from your business's name, with a link to the invoice, the moment a card payment arrives. Replies come to your business email.
Weekdays at 9:30am, to the client on each unpaid invoice, with its link. They stop by themselves when it is paid or credited. Pause one invoice, or one client, from the invoice's menu.

Categories used when adding lines
Categories group the lines on an invoice. Sub-labels are the small italic note under a line. Start from a template, then edit freely. One per line.
Leave either blank to fall back to the built-in list.
Tidy up and Describe the job follow these, so every line reads the same way.
Your services and what you charge
Add a work item from this list and the whole line fills in: title, category, sub-label, description and price. Leave a price empty for anything priced per job, like hire at cost or travel.

Restore a backup or a saved snapshot
Shows you what the file contains and asks before changing anything.
This app saves a copy of your invoices every night. Restore one if something has gone wrong.
Every invoice, client and settings change: when, by whom, and what happened. For your accountant or an auditor.
Removes this space, its address and everything in it. Download a backup first if you want to keep your records.

A draft copy is made on each date, for you to check and send. Nothing is sent to your client by itself.
Write {month} or {year} in a line, such as “Retainer, {month} {year}”, and each copy fills in its own.
Each makes a draft on its dates, for you to check and send. To change what one bills, stop it and repeat the updated invoice.
Optional. Records the real figure after your bank's conversion.
A snapshot is a copy of this business's invoices and clients, saved automatically each night.
Drag to move, use the slider to zoom.
Say what you did, the way you would tell a friend. Tidy up+ writes the lines from your price list, and asks if it needs to know more.
Tip: add your prices in Settings → Price list, so the lines come priced.
What you write here and your price list are sent to Anthropic to draft the lines. Nothing else from the invoice is.
